17th Graduation Ceremony

Graduation Requirements

Dear Students,

Greetings from your sponsor!
Please note the following guidelines concerning your graduation of Sept. 09-11, 2011:

• AUCA Graduation ceremony is SCHEDULED BETWEEN Friday Sept. 09 to Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011
• On Friday, Sept. 10, 2011, the graduation ceremony will begin at 5:00pm at AUCA, Masoro. But every student must be present at AUCA at 3:00pm to learn the song and to take the seat numbers.
• On Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011, the graduation ceremony will begin at 8:30am at AUCA, Masoro.
• On Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, the graduation ceremony will begin at 7:30am at AUCA, Masoro.

These are to be done before the Graduation:

• September 04, 2011 from 9:00am : Taking graduation gowns.
• Every student must take his/her own gown with 5,000Frs as recommended by the graduating class committee.
• There is no “can someone take the gown for me?”
• A graduation song must be learned by every graduating student.
• Graduation song must be learned on Thursday from 2pm (time for taking more gowns [tauge] and Friday at at 4:00pm.
• Standing numbers (outside the conference hall) and Seat numbers (in the conference hall) will be assigned to every graduating student on Friday at 3pm. The student must know his/her number before entering the Conference Hall (Graduation Hall).
• No student will be allowed to enter the conference hall (graduation venue) on SUNDAY, SEPT. 11, 2011 without his/her presence on Friday Sept. 09, 2011 at 5h30 in the conference hall.
• SPECIAL DISCIPLINE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED FROM EVERY GRADUATING STUDENT.
• All the above rules and regulations will be followed STRICTLY.
