Online Registration: Login

Announcement:

Claims on marks of the previous Semester will begin from the 6th to 14th of February.

Transcripts are now available online.

Reintegration for those who withdrew will be done on the 6th and 7th.

Orientation for New Students - will be on the 13th of February, starting from 8:00am - 10:00am.

Registration will then follow starting from the 15th to 17th (at 1pm) of February. However, all Evening Students will Register on the 15th and 16th only.

All Sponsored students are required to Register on the first day which is the 15th only.

Late Registration starts on the 19th to the 24th. Late fees (of 1000RWF per day) will be charged.

March 9th will be the final day to make all the payments related to Registration - at the Accounts Office.

Steps for Registration

Step 1: Courses Selection and printing

Before you select and register for courses you must first carefully check the Timetable to avoid conflict that leads to unnecessary problems. Incase you need advice please contact your Head of Department or the Dean. This time around Modification is not allowed except for addition of courses only.

Step 2: Validation of Courses for Payment by Registrars Office

Step 3: Payment made at the Bank

Step 4: Submission of Bank Slip together with a validated Registration form to the Accounts Office for the final Registration.
